Description:
Semi-automatic, cylindrical, elliptical, fuel lid, double walled, heating trough injection burners, two hose spreading or pneumatic pad and lateral extensions, prepared to perform suction transfer and heating in the shortest period of time.

Manual or automatic burners (Riello, Dumpy and Bechett), with diesel injection.

Description:

IM 1.000 Litres Towable Reservoir

Description:
Tar or glue reservoirs, towable, with suction and product transfer, heating and spreading, with two outputs.
Technical Information:
From 1.000 to 2.000 Litres capacity.
Tar pump, heated by engine fumes
Heating system by a burner triggered through a Diesel 8.5 horse power engine compressor.
Towable transport, by clamp.
Brake pads on both rear wheels
Irrigation pump: gear, 6kg/cm2 pressure, 180 litres flow, 6 kg/cm2 automatic discharge valve, mono-reductive for air supplying at a low pressure (1/1,5 kg/cm2). One way valve on the reservoir exit, thus protecting the circuit from air entries and possible mistakes, when cleaning.
Front axis with parking wheel
Direct drum suction into the reservoir.
Equipped with a cleaning system for the spreading circuit, by means of compressed air.
Reservoir with double wall, with thermal isolation, for a superior energy saving.

Description:
Diesel Hatz start engine
electric and reversible from 13 to 15 horse power;
3" Naphtha pump, with 30.000 Litres/Hour capacity;
One burner for the quickest product heating;
Desired temperature should be inserted on the thermostat, so that the burner respects that level, turning itself on and off, to maintain temperature within the tank, even when it’s on the move;
One fuel tank for burner activation and general cleaning;
Automatic 24 and 220 V burner, fed by the rear end of the truck through 24 to 230 V in the dockyard, if necessary;
Smooth aluminium plate covering.

Towable Reservoir

Description:
With capacity for 30.000 Litres, built in stainless steel, isolated with variable capacities, for naphtha and asphalt transport and storage, heating, suction, transfer and spreading of product, by hose. Pad, side extensors with automatic irrigation.

Description:
Double walled Naphtha reservoirs, heating and product spreading are built according to cementing spreading technology, so that the spreading is directed at the ground, with strong pressure.
These reservoirs are equipped with self supplying function.
These equipments will be profitable on the construction site and are easy to operate.
We have a wide range of models, considering the clients needs, from 1.000 to 20.000 Litres, with output for one or two spreads, simultaneously, with automatic spreading, through board or pneumatic pad, with or without side extensions.
Other components may be provided for spreading through the cabin, by computer control and with flux meter.
We intend to fulfil the needs of constructors, by providing equipment of European quality and easily manoeuvrable.

Description:
The product spreading in this model, as well as in others, may be manually controlled, by one or two spreading spears, simultaneously, by manual or automatic pad, with spreading control from the cabin, through a computer system.

All accessories are assembled on the chassis and prepared to be detached, through four elevating bolts, releasing the vehicle for other purposes.
